Dark Chocolate Chip Perfect Bar Copycat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly milled oat flour

  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon mineral salt

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup raw honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Soak oat groats overnight.

  2. Dehydrate at 250 degrees F for 20 minutes.

  3. Mill into flour.

  4. Mix dry ingredients.

  5. Add wet ingredients and mix.

  6. Press into pan and chill for 1 hour.

  7. Store refrigerated.
