Collagen Rich Bone Broth

Instructions

  1. Roast beef bones and 2 turkey feet at 450 degrees F for 40 minutes.

  2. Chop carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.

  3. Add vegetables, herbs, salt, pepper, and bones to a stockpot.

  4. Cover with water and bring to a boil.

  5. Simmer 24 to 48 hours.

  6. Cool, strain, and refrigerate overnight.

  7. Skim fat before use. Freeze for storage.
