Collagen Rich Bone Broth
Instructions
Roast beef bones and 2 turkey feet at 450 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Chop carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
Add vegetables, herbs, salt, pepper, and bones to a stockpot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Simmer 24 to 48 hours.
Cool, strain, and refrigerate overnight.
Skim fat before use. Freeze for storage.
