Chicken Heart Stew
Ingredients
1/2 lb chicken hearts
16 oz diced tomatoes
1 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
6 cups bone broth
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
2 potatoes
2 cups water
1 tablespoon basil
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Clean and halve chicken hearts.
Saute onion and garlic in butter and oil.
Brown chicken hearts.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1 to 2 hours or cook in Instant Pot on slow cook for up to 6 hours.
