Juicy Oven Baked Line-Caught Salmon
Ingredients
4 line-caught salmon filets, about 6 ounces each 🐟
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter 🧈
1/2 teaspoon mineral salt 🧂
2 cloves organic garlic, minced 🧄
1 medium organic lemon 🍋
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange salmon filets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt butter on the stovetop in a small saucepan, then let cool on the side.
Mince garlic and place it in the small saucepan with the butter. Add the juice of one medium lemon.
When the oven is preheated, sprinkle mineral salt on each filet and pour the melted butter, garlic, and lemon mixture on top of each.
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until salmon reaches 125°F to 135°F. This is salmon cooked medium, as most restaurants do.
