Dark Chocolate Chip Perfect Bar Copycat

These homemade chocolate peanut butter bars are rich, chewy, and packed with freshly milled oat flour, protein powder, raw honey, and mini chocolate chips. 🍫🥜

Ingredients 🥣

  • 1 cup freshly milled oat flour

  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon mineral salt

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup raw honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Mini chocolate chips, as desired

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Soak the oat groats overnight.

  2. Dehydrate the soaked oat groats at 250°F (121°C) for 20 minutes.

  3. Mill the oat groats into flour.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the freshly milled oat flour, chocolate protein powder, and mineral salt.

  5. Add the peanut butter, raw honey, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Mix until fully combined.

  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

  7. Press the mixture evenly into a pan.

  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm. ❄️

  9. Cut into bars and store refrigerated.
